Rotary Switch Help Needed! No RIC's

Hello guys and gals, long time no see! I've been away for a while for various reasons. I've had heath issues, my Father died , and now I'm at home recovering from a motorcycle accident. Believe it or not, a cow hit me and threw me from the bike!

Anyways, I've got a project guitar I'm working on and need some help with the rotary switch. How the devil do you wire this thing? Here is a link to what I've got. http://www.guitarelectronics.com/produc ... witch.html

I've got a Gibson SG with 3 Lace California Special single coil pickups installed. One 6 way rotary switch, one volume, one tone and an output jack. I want to set it up like this: bridge,bridge+middle,middle,neck+middle,neck,and lastly bridge+neck.

I was going up a hill and as soon as I crested it I said to myself," wow, there is a cow loose" and then lights out. If I remember correctly, the cow got scared and ran trying to avoid the noise of my Harley Davidson. The only problem was that he ran right into me, knocking me from the bike. I then rolled across the road in to a ditch. I have a broke big toe and bruses (sp?) all over my body. Thank God I had a wonderful helmet on (Shoei RF-1000) and my leather jacket. If I had worn my boots I'd probably saved my toe.

I'm not into Harleys, but that was one sweet-looking bike, Cole. At least you're around to tell the tale.

Here in SF, not a semester goes by that one or another of my motorcycle-riding students is not forced to lay his bike down, or is t-boned, or just plain wrecked by one vehicle or another driven by one brain-dead driver or another. You encountered a cow. We, on the other hand, have tourists, buses, and airheaded suburban housewives driving huge SUVs. Everyone talks on their cell phones...

My 2-wheeled ride gets a little use; I call it a "display bike", and keep it in the building lobby with a couple of signs to justify its existence.

If insurance doesn't total it, I was thinking of going with a RIC type theme. Maybe some checkered binding like this:

COWABUNGA! Glad you survived Cole. Did you wake up in the hospital and ask "Are my fingers alright?" We nailed a big black angus cow at about 50mph in the band van one night. It was about 2:00 AM and we were taking a country road shortcut while driving home after a recording session. We came over a hill and there were about a dozen bovine escapees standing in the road. Smashed in the whole front end of the van and the whole back end of the cow. Naturally, being musicians, we had a friend fix the moving parts of the steering and suspension as cheaply as possible and then split up the rest of the insurance money to buy food. Had to drive around the rest of the winter with no heat in the midwest. Ah, the good old days....

Last Memorial Day weekend, my nephew was out on a leisurely ride, not doing anything stupid (like speeding, etc.), just cruising around. For some reason, he lost it on a curve, hit a guardrail, and went headfirst down an embankment. Broken shoulder, crushed ankle (those have healed OK), but the worst part is that he's now paralyzed from mid-chest on down. He's only 21 and now facing the rest of his life that way.
