Pretty cool. Love that Ric tone, and the bass tone is pretty killer too. Too bad he plays those sh*tty First Act guitars now.

My favorite Westerberg song ever.
'Aching To Be' is next.

I love his album "Eventually".

Tom Petty must've inspired him to get that 620/12...

I used to be a big PW fan. Last time I saw him live was sad though. The guy was so drunk he could barely stand. He'd go off on some tangent playing some song he didn't know, his bass player and drummer would reluctantly go along...then after two or three bars he'd stop, wave his arms, and signal them to stop. This happened at least five times. It was clear that he was blasted, couldn't perform, and that his band was disgusted.
I left early. It was a waste of my time and money. That guy needs re-hab.

Jeff,
When was that? I am curious. I thought he was clean for a long time now. That would be sad if he was not. That stinks that you saw such a bad show. Evan Dando did that to me once. He was so wasted he could hardly stand. This was in the 90s at Temple U.
