Ringo
Re: Ringo
Jim: Thank you for this wonderful interview. Ringo has a marvellous wit and it shines through here in a way that brings back so many nice memories of the antics of the Fab Four in the 1960s. This short video is a primer on how Ringo's personality was one of the features that made the Beatles larger than life.
I cannot help but wonder if Ringo's gift of the gab allowed him, at least in part, to trump the Pete Best card during the early days of The Beatles thereby securing his place with the group.

Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Re: Ringo
I remember Lennon (I believe) saying that when Ringo came abord that's what made the band jell as a group...or something like that!
Re: Ringo
First chance I've had to listen to this...... fantastic!! Thanks, Jim.
Re: Ringo
Man I love that guy's wit! That interview was made great because Ringo was comfortable was just being himself. Aside from being a former Beatle and all of that, he is simply just a great human being.
