I'm Going to the Super Bowl!

I found out today that I won a company raffle for a Super Bowl ticket, VIP party pass and lodging. Awesome!! Twelve of us will be going...many from New England (like me...GO PATS!) and many from New Jersey (hmmm...Giants fans).

Got my plane ticket already. Can't wait!!

(Any good bass guitar stores in Phoenix??)

That's for sure Joey. The Giants played a tough game against the Pats in week 17, and they've been playing with a lot of confidence ever since.

Got my game ticket today. 7th row in the upper deck, at the 50 yard line. Could be a decent seat!

I have been looking for good music clubs (interested in jazz) in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Anybody have any recommendations?

Sounds like a huge party you are with. The SB is my least favorite thing to go to - crowds, parking is the worst, bad leg room, etc. I've been to about 6 of them. The NFL party is one of the most incredible parties you will ever attend!!! I worked in LA in the TV/Movie business for 9 years and this party trumped them all! Don't eat that day until you get there -- you'll see what I mean

Hi Mike. There are 12 of us coming on from around the country, plus our company COO. He's doing a dinner for us at Asia De Cuba on Saturday night. Other than that and the NFL party we're on our own. I only know 3 of the guys that are going and don't plan to spend all of my time with everybody. I really want to find some good sushi (Yasu Sushi Bistro and Sushi Ken get good marks)and good music, as well as general wandering around, so any suggestions appreciated. I have not had too much luck finding good jazz places yet.

I'm staying at the Resort Suites of Scottsdale which seems like a good place. Are you near there?
