Thanks for everyone's help

Post by drkatherine1 »

I finally own my first two Rics. I want to thank those members who I contacted privately to ask questions and got right back to me. I really appreciated all the help and support I received. My students thought my two Fender Strats were cool..........I can't wait until they see these two!!

I just wanted to thank everyone I contacted by PM who help answer questions I had purchasing my first Ric. Everyone answered quickly and I really appreciated all your help. I now own my first two Rics. My students thought my two Fender Strats were "cool." I can't wait to see their faces when I take these to school!!!
Thanks so much

Welcome, Katherine. A great photo.

I apologize for the double post. I was trying to proof the post.........well can you say newby!!!! Oh, the guitars lurking in the background there are a couple of Fender Strats that belong to me but the Gretsch, Epiphone, and Ric 660.......they belong to the special man in my life. I have him to thank for introducing me to the Rics. In fact, I hate to admit this.........but we are a household with.......uhhhhh 2 Shadows. Is this decadent or what?

Hey, wait a minute! A pretty lady with a Shadow bass? Where have I been? Where have YOU been?

Uh oh, my wife is looking at me funny . . . .

Seriously, welcome aboard! Did you happen to purchase the Shadow from a Forumite?

I really like the color created by the lighting on the headstock of the Shadow. Kind of a copper/black mix. I would love to see something like that on the whole body.
