Thanks for posting those. Easily one of my favorite bands. I was actually into the Kinks before I was into the Beatles, back in grade school. They have some of the best songs ever IMO. Also, they are perhaps the most quintessentially English of the bands from the British Invasion.

Seeing Dave holding that Flying V with his picking arm through the middle of the V made me laugh. Seems that would be very uncomfortable.

That's always been one of those indelible music images of this era for me. Truly funny as the style of wearing the guitars up high often made some of the players look rather ridiculous.
