WOW! Denny won 31 games in a season, played with McCartney and Wings, and went to prison for drug trafficing and embezzlement? What a guy!

Don't know which is worse: doing time in a federal prison or being traded to the Washington Senators!

That's right, JB. He also has the distinction of being the only guy to lead the league in wins (with 24 in 1969) and then lead the league in losses (with 22 in 1971) in just two years; this from a guy who won 55 games in back to back years ('68 & '69) . He was washed up at age 28 when he last pitched for the Braves in '72.
