I'm big on the originality thing Scottie, and, as in most cases it's still the best!

I could have been PC for the Gal Brothers, but first rate wankers are what they really are, and to call them anything less would be an injustice to them!

I wouldn't quite call it a "hard rock" tone either, too toppy and fizzy.

I *have* gotten some good Malcolm Young-ish tones from my 330 by keeping the treble down, the midrange up, and bass about halfway. I will agree that anyone who says you can't get good hard rock tones from a Rick (vintage or otherwise) is an idiot! :lol:
