Re: LOTS OF PROJECTS NEARING COMPLETION...
How does one get in line for one of Paul's Creations?
After getting my latest Rick acquisition paid for I'd be tempted to have Paul make me something Rick
I'm sure there's quite a long wait but the guitars I'm seeing built by Paul are really really nice!
Are these orders being made done through a particular dealer? Or directly through Paul?

Re: LOTS OF PROJECTS NEARING COMPLETION...
Kevin, I do restorations, refinishes and mods (like the binding job on the 360/12 above) for my customers.
The only Rickenbackers that I'm licensed to build, however, are the flat-topped acoustics. These are available in eight yummy varieties in hybrid round/square-shouldered dreadnought 730 or jumbo sized (think J-200 on these) 700, in six or twelve-string, and in maple sides/back or rosewood sides/back, all with lovely aged spruce tops.
Also, there are the latest thing--the classical nylon-stringed Rickenbacker acoustics, but we are just beginning to work on the patterns and molds, based upon a design that JH gave me awhile back. But I think I'll save details on those for later...

Re: LOTS OF PROJECTS NEARING COMPLETION...
WOW a classical Nylon Rick.
That is too cool.
I'll have to keep my eyes
peeled for that in the future.
I'll have to give some thought as to what I'd like to add to my Rick guitars - sold everything else
I've got a new 360/6 AFG I'm still waiting for but after that I'd like to get something special.
You the man!

Hi Melibee!
Good to hear you had a good rockin' vacation.
I hope those suthern folk learned some good Minnesotan from you (I now live in Guam but was born in St. Paul!! You betcha.)
Yes, your 330 Purpleburst was the inspiration for having Paul remake my 360MG into a JJ PBR masterpiece. I am giddy with anticipation.
After reading your comments on your acoustic, that also made me plunge into the acoustic world and Paul is working on an AquaGlo 730L/12 for me as well. I know you like blues (color) so this should be a good one as well.
Best,
Timbo

So I'll need mine in the same paint scheme as my 6 and 12 stringed acoustics.jingle_jangle wrote: Also, there are the latest thing--the classical nylon-stringed Rickenbacker acoustics, but we are just beginning to work on the patterns and molds, based upon a design that JH gave me awhile back. There's a nice little check winging it's way to our esteemed Mr. Jangle as we speak although he doesn't know it.....yet!
I grew up lusting for a Martin and would not allow myself one until I learned to play ( still working on that ). I've enjoyed that said Martin for the past 20 years but after joining this forum, that Martin has become like PBR to Cristal and I'm lining up for a 730L. Think this next year will drag a bit????
