Where can I find a new nut for my 4001?

I think I taped off the nut and used toothpick to drop a small amount of glue in the slot. Then I put in the baking soda. It's hard to remember, though. Man, I'm getting old. It's only been a year! :)

I use a CA glue for that. It works well.

In my experience, the base plates for the treble pickups are either aluminum or plastic. I have never seen one made of bakelite. It does not mean they don't exist though.
