Funny Story -- I Think Qualifies as Rick General...

Post by jcreasy »

Maybe Rick Artists...

In any event, I walked in on my three children in front of You Tube, playing Last Dance w/ Mary Jane. For those of you who do not know how young my kids are... (Probably everyone here except Kenny Howes and Dr. Bob), I have an 8 year old son, a 5 year old girl and a 3 year old girl. They all sing along... And I have to stop them when they say "... oh hell yes." They also have no idea for the time being what it means to hit the last number. Ah, the salad days of our misspent youth.

PS They also like The Waiting, Now That's Entertainment and Women in Love!

Good one, Ted. I agree. I'll keep pushing them toward quality stuff and keep my fingers crossed. Kid Rock is another I'll try to keep out of their range.

I've been raising my nephew, and I've been playing him all my records all the time trying to influence his future music choices. And the best part is, his first word was 'Beatles.' He's got a ukulele now that he calls a guitar and 'plays along' while I play. I can only hope he'll still respect the same music when he's older, like your kids.
Thanks!
