The shop is called: Rickysound (link)

I think that is Robbie Bryan. He is a really good guy. I helped him out a few years ago when he bid on a BIN for a "new" JG 4003 and the seller (in my area) simply refused to ship to the UK and relisted the bass. He PayPal'd me the money and I bid for him and shipped it over. The risk was entirely his but he trusted me to do the right thing.

The guy who helped me is called Robbie, so I think you are right :) He is friendly indeed. He helped me kindly with everything needed for the order. He is one you can trust!
