Emerald glo or Jade glo 36012/C63

Post by clearblue »

This is such a beautiful color. I would be a great choice for the '09 COY.

Agreed. That finish was only a test? Go figure.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

+1

I hope it becomes a COY one of these years; the sooner the better.

How about just adding it as a standard finish option?! :D :D More colors would be nice. RIC used to offer more finish color choices. All we have now are MG, FG, JG, and MID. Not much to choose from. A red and a white whould be nice, as would a pale blue(Blue Boy), and even a shade of green.

Yes, but at this point only in FG or JG. You should be able to easily find a RIC dealer that already has one on order (though that doesn't mean the wait will be much shorter...most guys I know waited about 2 years). The guitar in the link is a prototype of one of the COYs under consideration. Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the model holding the guitar is a friend of Eric Behring, who is the finish supervisor at RIC.

I'm just wondering how many (more) Rics I'll have in the next 5 years. At least 2 in that color if it becomes available.

hehe that was a good one. :) I am thinking the same thing (about the guitar color) It's the black edge that puts it a notch higher than the blueburst

I could get a refin on one of my Rics.
