I like it, and I'm not really a cubist fan.

Now, if Dali had done a RIC bass theme...

Looking at the knobs arrangement, I suspect it's a faker.

Edit: Alan, look at the time of our posts... same idea at the exact same moment :)

I like it too, but I think that must be a replacement pick guard. That's gotta be 1.5 inch spacing. I'd want to check under it for any routes.

Say, isnt that Marcel Duchamp's famous painting "Rickenbacker Descending a Staircase"? I spent an evening with Salvador Dali at a party once, but don't remember it because I wasn't quite born yet. That's my mom on the right. I didn't arrive on the scene for a couple more months. She says he tended to gesture frantically with his cane when he talked and they were all afraid they would get skewered in the process of the conversation.

I kinda like it. My wife liked it too, but didn't want it because she wasn't excited about the colors.
