Case for 4001?

Post by danomar »

Does anyone know where I could get a form-fitting case like this for my 4001?
Not my photo.

They pop up on Ebay every now and then. Ithink Bryce Gracey has one he wants to get rid of.

Those ones are the bomb. Let me know if you find a source. I want a few.

Used to have one of these. They're excellent, if quite heavy.

well, i'll have atleast one for sale.

i have 2 spares, i think i will keep one for toting around the oldies that have non-form fitting original cases; the other will be up for sale (extremely good condition).

Steve has first dibs, but i'll get pics up in the for sale section ASAP (i'd also be willing to trade it for an early 70's case in VG condition).

That's the style of case my 21 fretter came in. I was going to get a period correct case for it, but this one is pretty nice!

You already have the best case for it then, Kevin.

But if you want one of the ill-fitting, flimsy, early 70's cases so that your 21 fretter can bounce around in it like a marble in a soup can then I'd gladly purchase your late 70's case.

Doesn't that just add mojo?

I'll stick with this one.
