IMHO. I think there a wee bit overpriced in the UK you should be looking at between £799-£999 for a new 620 http://www.petercooks.co.uk/clearance.php are selling a JG 620 12 for £770!what a bargain!I might add that i got a 620 12 FG for roughly the same price 3 or 4 weeks ago!from the same dealer.

I'd never sell my guitar for another on someone's word, especially a guitar that is as hard to get as a Rickenbacker. I know what its like to lust after a certain guitar and it can be overpowering though.

Not bad at all Scotty and thanks for the tipoff  however it was the 620/12 that interested me - solid body you see! Anyway I'll keep my eyes and ears open, something will come up I'm sure.

I contacted that dealer. The guy that worked there said that they're going to have a 660/12 Blue Boy going up in the next couple of days. He said it's an '05 in mint condition. Apparently they're taking offers substantially lower than the buy it now price, seeing as 3 of the guitars they listed today are gone.

Getting a backup, John? He said it's a minty green, but he didn't know how much it was going to go for.

Anyone else notice that the 620 there has humbuckers even though the listing says high gains. I really want a 620 with humbuckers. All yours though
