Yeah, mine are EEE width because I have wide feet as well. They fit surprisingly well

The super wide is kind of hard to come by, but it looks like they actually have a fair number of normal sizes available in EEE right now. I think that that boot has the most reviews of any pair of shoes I've ever seen on zappos.

The Winkle Picker and High Point models do not have the center seam, so you could get those. The suede Chelsea boots I used to have also lacked the center seam, but the Beatwear Chelseas have the center seam.
I'm not sure I could get my feet into a pair of Winkle Pickers. I have some pretty badly swollen arthritic toes.
