If you don't like the number of strings on that model perhaps the doubleneck on the Ritter site would be of interest to you. It has one string per neck. One fretted and one fretless.

Anything is better than another Fender copy IMHO.

I'll take any Fender copy over that hideous organic shape. That thing makes a 3000 Series bass look elegant.

Those basses are very unique. Not ugly, that one with the 13 bolts has that neat splash for the bottom horn. Not everything has to look vintage nowadays guys, get over it.

That 'splash' bottom horn makes the whole bass look a bit like a tropical fish to my eyes. Gorgeous craftsmanship and I love the looks, but it's too fancy looking for the indie/rock gigs that I play.
