With those foreign, generic pickups installed, I wouldn't give more than a couple hundred for that guitar. It sure ain't worth $1,200.

Radio Shack mentality rests with little comfort where classic old geetars are concerned.

Hopefully it's not butchered under the guard...

The guard itself looks home-made, with its slightly different shape at the neck pickup. Although it appears the owner at least refrained from adding more screws / screw-holes to the top....

I'd love to hear what a guitar like this sounds like. Something tells me it wouldn't be worth all the modding (and consequent devaluation), but who knows.
