White on White 360!

Post by rkbsound »

Here is a video of a dealer showing off what he says is a 2002 White on White Rick. This is my dream color combination and I hope to see RIC do this sometime over the next 20 or 30 years. But I question the validity of this particular guitar's finish. I didn't know there were Whiteglo Rick's produced that year. Did I miss the boat? I certainly don't see them very often. The chip in headstock leads me to believe that perhaps it may have been another color.

Either way - that color is IT!!!!!

White on white on a guitar is a classic combination. Normally I don't particularly like 360's unless they are double bound, but that one looks great. I had no idea that Rickenbacker ever made that combo and I wonder if they did in fact.

There was a hardware-reverse option for colors with black hardware, don't know about white being available in 2002.
