We spent most of today travelling into the city of Melbourne. Rain fell on and off for most of the day, but we managed to dodge the worse of it. After a trip to Borders Books and Music for some supplies, we headed over to Hardware Lane for lunch. We positioned ouselves so that we could observe any passing wildlife:-

We stopped at Flinders St Railway Station, an iconic Melbourne building and meeting place for thousands of Melburnians over the years. See if you can spot Graham in this picture:-

In case you couldn't find him....this close up might help:-

One of the more modern "art" displays is located in a lane opposite Federation Square. Here's our intrepid traveller showing how his newly acquired dance pose suits any background (watch the movie "Hot Rod" for further explanation):-

I told him to beware of the sharks.....

By the end of the day the poor fella began complaining how his legs were hurting (again) from all of the walking, so we sat on our bums travelling on the city circle tram enjoying the sights:-

Tomorrow will be a quiet day around home with the guitar collection. We've been enjoying peeking under pickguards and inspecting wiring looms, you know, the sort of stuff most guitar geeks do.

Friday we'reoff huntin' geetars in the wild with Aitch; Saturday we're off fishing and Sunday we have the Rickenbacker Jam happening.
