This is a Jetglo v63 with black replacement pickguard and nameplate.
A real Shadow is a late '86 Jetglo/ Black Trim 4003, with checkerboard binding, black dot position markers and vintage style knobs.

Ilan beat me to it! Also, the bass in question has the V63 squared-off neck heel.ilan wrote:This is a Jetglo v63 with black replacement pickguard and nameplate.

Re: is this a shadow? why or why not....
Bassically (sic), there are three shapes to Rick bass neck heels: squared, rounded, and slanted. The slanted one are mostly on the 4004 series. Actual vintage basses and the V63 and C64 have squared off heels. Standard heels on most everything else are symmetrically rounded. This does not count the set-neck 4000/4001S models or the bolt-on 3000/2000 basses, of course.
