Also if you think you know a version that's better just say.

I like the Bobby Darin studio version, which isn't included here. The one that has the singers in the intro singing an octave higher.

2. Version 1.
3. Version 2.
4. Version 4.

I'm clearly out of synch with the rest of the world this week (although I also prefer the original Darin version to any of these) - but quirky as they may be, my choice is, in order:
4
1
3
2

Roy: I much prefer the raw version of number 4 and hence I fancy them in the order of 4,2,3,1.
That I find this track appealing is perhaps proof of imprinting in humans as late as adolescence.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

I say as Sheena did: Isn't this a reprise? If not all the same versions, at least some of them?

1. 4
2. 3
3. 2
4. 1

The four versions were

Version 1 -Lulu
Version 2 - Marty Wilde
Version 3 - Dion
Version 4 - Bobby Darin(An alternate take)
Based on votes received ( 3 times as many as previously) and the format 4 points for your favourite 3 for your second fav etc

Winner 1. Marty Wilde
2. Dion
3. Bobby Darin
4 Lulu

33% went for Marty Wilde as Favourite same percentage as Bobby Darin 28% chose Dion and 6% Lulu

I think Bobby Darin's original version would have probably won had I had included it.

Thanks to all who took part.

Look out for new one
