REM on "Today Show"

Hey, anybody else catch REM on the Today show this morning? Peter Buck played a couple of nice Ricks, including the "trucker girl".

sounded great, and they did a couple of new songs from latest album," Accelerate".

Just saw it in the Pacific time zone. I really love these concerts that the Today Show does, the artists seem so much more "accessible" and real, rather than watching them on some of those glitzy DVD concerts.

And of course, now I need to get yet ANOTHER Rick....

I always called those "trucker girl" silhouettes "bimbo flaps" when they appear on the backs of tractor trailer mud flaps.

I hope someone posts the video on You Tube, because I missed it-not that I'm a "Today" show viewer or anything.
