Nope......looks like a custom 4002-ish pickguard. It has traditional 4001/4003 inlays and the neck pickup is in the wrong place for a 4002 but right for a 4001/4003.
A pretty unlistenable Motorhead song BTW (IMO) and an even worse video.

It's one of the few post-1916 era songs that I actually like, mainly because of Mikkey's drum line.

Hmm. In Dutch "hard" means "loud". It figures....jwr2 wrote:I find Motorhead hard to listen to ...

This forum has shown that Motorhead is one of those polarizing bands that you either love or hate. You love, I hate - that's the cool thing about art is that it speaks to different people. That's why I said "in my opinion", no factual basis at all really.phlemmy wrote:what's your favorite band so we can call it total *****!?ricosound wrote:Total *****, and I never got it IMO. BTW, Robben Ford and the Blue Line or Larry Carlton (both currently on tour together and highly recomended) are my favoirtie acts. Rickenbacker-wise, I'm probably in the Rush camp, although Geddy's voice is another of those polarizing topics. I think McCartney could have used anything, and did, to acheive the same end. He was all about songwriting and the guitar was just a tool.
Re: Lemmy w/ a 4002?
Anyways now back to the thread topic. I agree, not a 4002 but a modified 4001.
