Are these inlays new?
I thought they didn't go edge-to-edge on the 360?

NICE !!!
Re: Are these inlays new?
It's interesting to see a guitar with the new inlays next to the old. Much brighter and bolder

Re: Are these inlays new?
The new full width inlays are a vast improvement.
Re: Are these inlays new?
The new inlays make a HUGE difference.
Now, if they would just return to 21 fret necks, giggle.

Re: Are these inlays new?
I still like the old ones too. Those two MIDs look a lot different.
Re: Are these inlays new?
Great picture Wes! It really illustrates how much the new inlays "pop".
Re: Are these inlays new?
I Like the new inlays better. But I also agree that they should have 21 fret necks
Re: Are these inlays new?
That's why I'll never own a "standard" series Rick again, the 24 fret necks just look off to me. V & C series for me2ricks wrote:I Like the new inlays better. But I also agree that they should have 21 fret necks
Re: Are these inlays new?
yeah, I totally agree. I love the harmonics you get with a 21 fret, plus the spacing of the frets makes it easily possible to play leads. I couldn't do that with my old 24 fret Rics. Now...if they could make the 360 with check binding, 21 frets, and that little "flat curve" on the upper horn, like the vintage models, it'd be awesome. Not that it has to be a vintage reissue or anything, as they have been making the 360 all along (and they'd be easy & cheap changes to make!). In any case, the inlays look great.2ricks wrote:I Like the new inlays better. But I also agree that they should have 21 fret necks

If they were going to go through all that trouble of specing it out like that, I'm sure it would be a V series model. 360v65?collin wrote: yeah, I totally agree. Re: Are these inlays new?
How about just a 360/6c63, like the 360v64...just take 6 strings off.
