Personally, I think this is your best finish yet. Certainly not taking anything away from all of your previous projects, but this is truly outstanding. It has just the right blend, IMHO. It's one of those that when your finished, you have step back a number of times just to admire the work.

I have to agree with the others; this one is just so gorgeous! That is the most beautiful FG of any I've seen, including Andy's 60s FGs, no offence intended Andy - your's were my measuring stick. The pale gold looks just right with the richness of this FG. I'm torn on the knobs. I prefer the older style all-black but the front-on pic looks really good with the pale gold and the silver-topped knobs. Hmmmm.....

A stunner, Paul. Someone in Tennessee is very lucky.

Love the 4000 series, so simple. Great guard/burst combo.

That 4000 is gorgeous Paul. Thanks for the fix. I get a flu shot every year too and they tell me that sometimes you get a real bad flu because of the shot. Maybe that happened to you. Anyway, I hope you are feeling better.

That's stunning Paul - so natural looking and elegant. I admire a craftsman who can work with a hunk-o-wood and transform it into art...it's more than just saws, routers and sandpaper!

Thanks for the eye-popper this morning!

Paul, I don't know how you do it! Every project you complete seems to be a little bit better than the previous one. I think you're long past the learning curve, so it has to be something else. I just don't know what it is.

Seeing that 4000 makes me anticipate what my 4003S will finally look like. Just beautiful Paul!
