Happy Birthday, Tom. I hope you get a chance to enjoy some rays. :)

This is my 25th year at a friend of the family's establishment... Hope I can squeeze another 30 or 40 annual visits in. A little white tuna, a futomaki roll, eel roll wrapped in avacado..... Man I'm getting hungry again.

Some day maybe we can sushi together......

Sorry I missed your birthday Tom,

I caught the paintball comment in your reply. I played paintball for many years. I retired from it when the sport essentially became a run and gun speedball game.

My two sons talked me into playing airsoft a couple of years ago. I have found that it is a much better game for my age and knowledge of tactics. Not only is it a more tactical game but it is less expensive overall. The police and the army use the AEG's (Airsoft Automatic Electric Guns) for close quarters training. There have been specific M4 and MP 5 weapons that have been developed by Systema and ICS especially for that purpose. They shoot 6mm plastic BB's. Most guns are shooting at about 300 - 400 FPS and have an efective range of 30 - 40 yards.

If you like paintball you should try Airsoft. There are clubs all over the US and Canada.

Jeff, I’d love to but that is my anniversary. I would have been there at the last MARF but that was the funds for my 8string conversion. And this one I will be with my wife … someday I will be able to meet you all face to face… eat roll for me.

Brian – I don’t do too much PB. But the place we use has a speed ball course but there are many other courses there and most folks use those. My youngest has done the Airsoft and enjoys it. I just like hanging with all the different ages and getting outside. It is fun and I have the welts to prove it! Maybe there is an Ansoft adventure in my future.
