Mix up Deep Purple, Humble Pie, Nugent, Blue Cheer, Thin Lizzy and Black Sabbath and you get Blood of the Sun.

I've known these guys for a few years and they blow me away every time I see them. Their new album will feature Derek St. Holmes (Nugent) on vocals and some new songs featuring him are up on their page.

HIGHLY recommended. Killer keyboards! If you ever get the chance to see them live, do it...just bring your earplugs. They are ALWAYS loud.

That's a great band. Thanks for the link to their site. They really sound a lot lot like Deep Purple at times.

Sean,
Thanks for the tip. They are right up my alley! Do you know how I could get a copy of "Death Ride"? It wasn't on their eBay store....or is that the forthcoming release?

I bought the other two!
