PS It looks as tho it can grind some serious metallic tones. I imagine it to sound like someone throwing gravel into a tin bath with the most pleasing overtones!Id love to hear that there guitar in overdrive i bet it sounds awesome!

I just LOVE that colour. Is it as lovely in person as it looks in the photos. I would have loved to have that!

Congrats Craig!

It really is more lovely in person.....I didn't expect what I got from the ebay pictures.
I mean, I expected a wonderful, beautiful guitar but it really is so much more. To
paraphrase goofyfoot....it is sublime!!! I'll try to get it out in the daylight ( after it quits raining here )
to get a better shot but I'm afraid you all are just going to have to come to Asheville to see it up close.

I'm happy that you're happy with it! It's a tough one to capture in pics because it changes color in different light. It was also a bear to paint  Enjoy!

The Show is 23rd and 24th August. It is the Bee 3 Vintage Show. http://www.bee3vintage.com/ I went last year and bought my 360 MG, but they had hardly any Ricks. In total I think there were 3 6 strings and about 4 12 strings. Lots and lots of very expensive Gibsons and Fenders with some other really interesting stuff too. I had the greatest time last year and made some fantastic new friends, so I am not missing out on the fun this year!

I am going to meet up with some friends there so come and have a beer with us! The purple 350 is very welcome too!!

I will be there.....with my purple 350!
I went to the Bee 3 show in Spartanburg SC a couple months back.....same thing, a few way over priced Rics and
lots more way over priced Gibson,Fender,Gretsch, etc. It seems as if they are venues more for dealers than anything else.
A place for the locals to bring out that guitar from under the bed and turn it into cash. Maybe if we got a table, we could get offered some interesting Rics.

I have heard that remark before and it is true. A couple of friends of mine are dealers and they are good people to know!!

I am able to go on the Friday as I am helping one friend out who has a shop in Denmark Street in London.

I couldn't go to Spartenberg as I had to be back at work. Honestly, this thing called work really gets in the way of things. But then again, I couldn't go if it wasn't for work!

Craigger......niiiiice goin', brah. You have deep pockets! Dig the way you swooped in there at the last moment. Play on, pick often, jam with Toast(ers)®, and prosper. Best regards....Goofyfoot.
