Charlotte guitar show

Post by wittyair »

There has been some discussion on another thread about the upcoming Charlotte, NC guitar show in August.
Sounds like a great opportunity for a bunch of forumites to meet up and actually put a face to the name. As
I am just under 2 hours away, I would be happy to coordinate a meeting, and if there is a lot of interest, maybe
even arrange for a group table.

As Charlotte is only about 2 hours away from me also, I could probably make it.

Rickygirl has been going to that for the past couple of years and is planning to go this year as well. You might want to PM her in case she misses this forum thread.

It's not in my budget this year, but I might go next year. I have family in Charlotte.

Thanks Paul. Got it.

I think that is a brilliant idea Craig. It would be fun to have a get together over the weekend. Has anyone any thoughts or preferences? I am hoping to be there by Thursday night to meet up with some friends, but am not sure about my schedule yet as the So Cal confluence is a little earlier than I thought, so I need to work this out.

That would be really great fun! :D

I'll probably try to get to it at least one day. Are any RIC dealers going to be there? If it is where I think it is going to be, it's only 20 minutes from my house.

Based on the response so far.....I contacted Bee3 this morning about getting a table. They will mail
me the info package in about a month. I'll go ahead and reserve a small booth which will include a table
and a few chairs. This will give us a sort of base of operations and we can all meet up there. As soon
as I get more info I'll certainly post it. Should be tons of fun!!!
