Bovine excrement. If they really cared about the victim's account, they would not have denied my wife's claim for the last time last night regarding a seller that shipped only half of her order and is nowhere to be found anymore. An order placed and paid for in early February. I do not believe Paypal covers you if you recieve anything from the seller, even an empty envelope.
