Thanks guys, we bought that one in from the US about 4 years ago, rebuilt it from ground up! The eventual buyer jumped on a plane from Sydney, flew to Melbourne with AUD$75K in cash, and drove it back!!

Cool thread! Love the Mustangs but I must say my favorite is the '65 Riviera from the first post. I had a '71 boat tail GS (455)for a short time in the early '90's.....a cool car but I always craved a '65.

I've been a fan of muscle cars for as long as I can remember but just can't get interested in the more traditional "Hot Rod" type cars. I appreciate the craftmanship and ingenuity but they really don't give me evil thoughts.

You're right Mike, these cars are back when cars more more fun and cheaper to buy and operate. But here I am, adding a few more at a time when we are are being squeezed by fuel prices. :!:

These cars hark back to the days when a throaty sound meant muscle, not a special muffler on a 4-cylinder import.

Cudas - ya gotta love them! I wish I still had my '72 - it was a beauty, a joy to drive, and the front seating area was the size of a living room (I'm 6'3").
