Two established country stars, who to me sound like rockers to me are Travis Tritt

and Marty Stuart.

Marty Steward, awsome guitarist, whos' career was greatly helped by Johnny Cash. Also he was one of the artists I had in mind when I mentioned young country artists who were heavily influenced by Hippy rockers. I have read he is a huge Byrds fan. 8)

These threads are contageous. As a result of this one i have been watching the country music channel on my satellite more. I also quite often wear cowboy hats and boots too especially in the winter. Phew now that admission is over I feel better.

What's next? I just watched Tom Cochrane and Bruce Springsteen videos on CMT (Country Music television).

Here's the Springsteen video that just played:

Garth Brooks and Huey Lewis singing "Working for a Living"

They even stole a car (because as they said; they knew they would not get permission) and raced around the track at this shoot. Now that's definitely Rock and Roll..............................
