Kluson Bass bushing

Does any one make a metal bushing for the Kluson bass tuner?
The shaft is 3/8" and the peghole is 7/16".
The new Schaller/Rick ones use a 1/2" peghole not to mention
are Chrome, not Nickel....

Anybody found a replacement or have some spare parts for sale? I need one.
