Darren, who is your Avatar photo of? Wait, nevermind. I recognized the actor's face from The Partridge Family
but I didn't remember his name, which is Dave Madden: http://www.cmongethappy.com/gallery/madden

Reuben Kincaid from the Partridge Family TV series. I think that's Trotty's hero!

I was afraid that Kenny was going to start singing like Madonna!

Yeah, it's Reuben Kincaid, but the Actor is Dave Madden. Too funny! Mr. Madden is alive, kicking, and living semi-retired in Florida. :D

I trust Kenny's not planning on using the video for gig promotions.

Trotty wants to be just as good a manager as Reuben Kincaid was, if not better. :D

That's my roommate Mike, and his dog Ringo. Oh, and me fumbling my way through a Madonna song on Mike's Rhodes piano.

I hope to have more interesting archival footage up at some point. For now, you'll have to watch this.

Or this, which Mike also made and in which I have a cameo, at 4:08:

A band theme song would go well with the bus, as would a "red headed hamburger" of a bassist. :D

If you could somehow obtain a wide-lapeled powder blue leisure suit, you might be able to impress a used bus salesman to the extent that he'd let a similar bus go for such a low price that the accompanying paint job would impose no financial hardship on the band's budget. Some mutton chop sideburns might help as well...

Actually, I watched all 4 NAMM videos - a lot of fun, and by the end he looks pretty frazzled.

As for the 11 string bass.... WHY?!?!?!?!?!

I shared many of the same thoughts Mike had when I saw some of the new stuff at NAMM.

I got my own demo of the automatic tuning guitar case.

I mean, how lazy can you get?! Besides, isn't playing in tune overrated? I mean, Macca had his problems for many years, especially when he went higher than around the 5th fret.

Don't worry, John. I hear that next year they'll have a case that intonates as well as tunes the guitar, then wipes down the guitar for you.
