There ya go. Probably others will drift by. One thing I've learned researching Rick basses is that there are no absolutes. I used to think that the V63 ended in 2000, but we've now seen at least a couple with 2002 production dates (Steve Wood's Turquoise V63 and the Midnight Blue V63 that briefly belonged to Brian Crisman). Still a lot of questions waiting for official answers . . . .

Scott, I saw that bass this past Sunday. It was a white '79, very discolored, kind of beat up and yeah it had an SD in the neck position. In that condition, at $2,400 I think it's gonna hang in that store a long time!

I have the same! But an 88, JG/BT that is refin to MG
