Bruce, this will make you feel better - My SVT-2 Pro in it's rack case weighs in around 80 lbs.

Ok...I feel tremendously better now, john. Although about 7:30 this evening I was cursing my rack and nobody in the band could understand why I was muttering "Markbass" and obscenities over and over.

By the way, Sccott, I wasn't cursing the 1450 per se. It really sounded nice in a small outdoor venue yesterday, surrounded by mountain peaks in Southern Nevada, nice cool breeze carrying the bass notes into the canyons. You definitely sold me a nice little gem there.

It was the 45 pound amp plus rack stuff, 80 pound cabinet #1, 70 pound cabinet #2, three basses, my brilliant choice of instruments to play so many years ago, and a hack singer I was cursing. And since the 1450 is the new kid on the block, it had to be the target of my wrath.

Sounds like a really nice outdoor gig - bass echoing off the canyons!

Another thing to mutter is Walter Woods. You bandmates will probably wonder why you keep saying some guy's name under your breath!
