What Fender bass do you prefer?

I wouldn't mind a Jag Bass except for the active electronics.

Yeah, but then you do lose some versatility. I would prefer individual volumes on the pickups. I suppose I could redo the electronics.

The 3 tone sunburst Jaguar is listed with a tortoiseshell pickguard. That's the way I'd want it.
