Anyone?
Re: Rock and Roll Trivia
Tony owned a Scooter shop in the san fernando valley in Los Angeles, called Scootermania. Many cool old(even then)Lambrettas and Vespas and tons of accessories. Put many a Mod on the road, a few of my club members bought 60s Vespas from him.

Re: Rock and Roll Trivia
I am a well known TV personality in the UK, appearing in numerous shows and being satirised on a number of occasions.
I had a number of UK top 10 hits in the '60s, with one number 1...
I have performed with the Beatles....
In the '90s, I had another (and very controversial) UK top 10 hit with a cover of a classic rock song...
Who am I, and what was the song?

Re: Rock and Roll Trivia
Tom Jones is the only one I can think of, as far as being satirised, however, I doubt he ever performed onstage with The Beatles. If this gentleman is only known to the UK then I'm done

Re: Rock and Roll Trivia
He's probably appeared on PBS. He would definitely be known to our Canadian friends via CBC.mgauction wrote:Tom Jones is the only one I can think of, as far as being satirised, however, I doubt he ever performed onstage with The Beatles. If this gentleman is only known to the UK then I'm done
Additional clues:
He was a junior national swimming champion;
He has played on two albums by Kate Bush;
He is a multi-instrumentalist as well as a singer, though many of the instruments he plays are "unorthodox".
