I wasn't aware of that, when I decode a FLAC file with winamp for some reason it just doesn't sound as good as the original.

Could just be my tired old ears after many years of listening to Ric's being thrashed with the volume on 10!

Rob, thanks for the disc. It's good to hear something that's new to me, and much of this is. I'll be listening to it today as I drive around with the top down, running errands.

I thought it was great. A couple of artists I really like, mostly artists I'd never heard before, and even one song that may have changed my mind about a band.

PS: Aimee Mann has the kind of voice that could sing me to sleep every night.
