Byrds label scan PLEASE

Post by kennyhowes »

I KNOW someone on this panel has an original 45 of "Lady Friend." Could I get a scan of the label please? (US sleeve too if applicable.)

Thank you folks!

Hey Kenny. There wasn't a US sleeve for "Lady Friend". Go to Byrdsflyght, and go to picture sleeves section for pictures of foreign sleeves. You'll find a few.

Hope that helps you out.

P.S.-didn't you do a version of "Lady Friend"?

What's Byrdsflyght?

I figured there wasn't a US sleeve...ah well. I do still need the label.

I did indeed do a cover of LF, more on that soon...

I'll agree with Paul on the "no picture sleeve"
issue; I have a copy of the LF single somewhere in all my vinyl, which I bought as NOS back in like '73-'74.Love that song...

I have a french copy. The picture sleeve is not one of the Byrds best. Seen a few on Byrdsflyght that I would love to have. I also agree with Don..love that song.
