I have to apologize here - I didn't mean to hijack this thread. I stupidly assumed it was a "post fam photos" thread without fully reading it. Sorry.

Mine is actually a 71 4001 with a RI horseshoe (i would exchange it for a green bobbin PU in a second). The Starfire does have Darkstars.

Are those 2 different Jazz basses or the same one with different plastic/pickup cover?

Hi Scott you are right! she is the same lady with different "clothes" . She is a 1975 JB reissue.
