Ric 4000 on the 'bay, Johnny Crompton

Post by Dan_Q »

Just having a browse and came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rickenbacker-bass ... .m14.l1318

Image

The seller seems to think its worth £3000 (about $6000 ish). Any opinions?

Sorry if this has been posed elsewhere

Again........I note the inappropriate use of the term "hen's tooth". Sigh.

I advised him it wasn't a 60s. He was very polite actually.

Yes, your acknowledgement is there for all to see Shaun....Keep up the informative good work!

Just another bloke, like the majority who doesn't know Rickenbackers. It is rare for the UK, but that doesn't always mean huge $$$$....

I was a bit embarrassed by the name check actually; I'd have looked a right plonker if I'd have got it wrong!
