360/12 strings.

Post by fireglo67 »

I will be taking my Jetglo 360/12 to the luthiers next week to have a black pick guard and TRC put on it. It will also be getting a new set of strings and a set up whilst it's there.

My question is this.....

What strings should I go for? Do I just replace the old ones with another set of Ric strings 10-42's, or is there another make/guage out there that will make my guitar sound even more amazing?

Cheers.

Rob.

The Thomastik Infeld custom 12 string set from Pick of the Ricks. Absolutely the best.

Put the old ones back on, there's years of life left in them yet!

It was your mate Nigel in Richmond that recommended I bring some new strings! :)

In all seriousness, I do greatly prefer the custom TI set Pick of the Ricks sells as well.

I've heard of having to "eat it" on a set of stings before Scotty, but this is ridiculous :D
