Finish bubbling

yes, my o6 jg did the same thing. bubbled up and flaked off. i was able to cover the damage with a brass chrome hipshot tailbiece. i almost became ill when i was told the warranty didn't cover it even though it was an obvious factory flaw. i got all kinds of lame excuses like i shouldn't have used stainless steel string because of the tension, which isn't that much different and besides that most all strings have a stainless steel core. at any rate i delt with it but i have no faith in rics warranty.
