Re: Duke it out: BG vs. DCM
The DCM color reminds me of the first generation EPG/BG. I have a '75 Burgundy, but DCM might be the closest I get to the EPG/BG color.wints wrote:The first generation EPG/BG is still the yardstick for all other shades in my humble...
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!

What's EPG?
And what's MB? It isn't Midnight Blue, as that's MID, correct?

Paul...EPG is Eggplantglo, which is what we refer that first generation of BG as sometimes....paologregorio wrote:What's EPG?![]()

Re: Duke it out: BG vs. DCM
I'll have to post a pic of my old departed '68 4005 BG. So deep, it looked Black. Pretty bass, tis a shame that I sold her for
$2500.
Aaaaaghhh!

That old 68 BG 4005 was the best I had seen John, then the Blueboy appeared...
Let's see a pic of both!

Re: Duke it out: BG vs. DCM
MB is Montezuma Brown, by the way.
I'll have to shoot the 2002 COY Burgundy (not dark like the EPG, but not light as some) and the DCM basses together. Then there is the "Mink" or "Merlotglo" or "Wineglo" or "Berryburst" or whatever we should call it. Photos to come. I'm in exciting Beckley WV tonight on my way home from VaBeach, and I'm really tired. And no access to my photos right now.

Yeah, I meant Montezuma Brown and Burgandyglo should be standard colors.
Add the 360c63 6-string and a 360/12v65 and we're in business!
