Jeffrey: You have discovered what the rest of us have learned about RIC and John Hall over the years - a class act.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

I made the call to customer service - they were very accommodating. The screws are on the way! Actually, I'm not totally new to Rickenbacker. A few years ago, I owned a '67 Mapleglo 370/6 with the Old Style double bound body. In a moment of weakness. I sold it. Then I had a beautiful '67 Fireglo 360/12. I sold it after I suffered a severe compound fracture of my left wrist. Even after a year of physical therapy, I still didn't have the strength to play it. But now, after THREE years of physical therapy, I'm back to playing 12-string and I have a gorgeous '65 Mapleglo 360/12 to show for it. So, I'm happy to be back and very impressed with my first experience with Mr. Hall and the company.
