Need to let go - Which one?

WEll, I've struggled with this for a while and talked to a number of friends and decided I'm going to keep both guitars. The FG is all stock and came with a Rick-o-Sound box that was purchased with the guitar. So, I'm going to keep it. Just means I'm going to have to sell some other things, but I'm sure I made the best decision.

Your MG must have the, like my April '94 360 12 MG, those highly scarce 12k toasters. Since they are iconic to the RM 370 and the TP 660
signature models, you might think about leaving them with the 360 MG as "originally soldered at the factory" as a "value" point down the road.
The FG is gorgeous, but PU swapping even if done splendidly, may slightly devalue them both.

Plus the MG has ALL that wood showing to smile about. Tough one, though. Plus I think that the bare maple shows off to anyone how much
precision luthiery goes into the RIC - hey, what if George had been handed a MG by Mr. Hall: would we all have "imprinted" towards IT?

The 360V64 I recently got has 12K toasters; if it were any more jangly my ears would start bleeding. They sound great, I don't know what all the fuss is about.

I may have missed it, but I don't remember reading why "one has to go." It is good to hear you've decided to keep both. Any strong chief knows he must treat both his sons as equal warriors in order for one to grow strong enough to take his place.
Regarding market value: market value has no "real value" when a man "knows" he will never choose, or force himself to sell a beloved friend during any circumstance. Haven't said that, I for one know, troubled times makes a man consider things he normally would not do. With luck, he "will" find another way. Applause to you my friend, and blessings for the gift of "choice." It seems your instinct lead you to the right one!
