Great photos, Paul. :D I think it would be pretty hard for you to make a bad photo. You do have a good sense of composition and a flare for blazing color!

Thank you guys for the kind words!

Justin, a belated welcome to you.

David, wow, nice to see you again! How have you been? Glad those songs still give you pleasure after all these years. I enjoy your albums too.

I'm so glad I found this thread--I don't lurk into the bass section too often, as my computer freetime is limited by business and other projects....

Paul, your pictures are just as great as I remembered! I really love the Indonesia beach shots, they look like the place I long for in my dreams, especially in January when the wind is howling and the snow is blowing.... Check out this thread to see a song I wrote about that: http://www.rickresource.com/phpBB3/view ... 8&t=382815

Just did.... Looks exactly like winter in northern Minnesota. It's beautiful until Christmas, and then I'd rather be on a warm sunny beach somewhere, at least a thousand miles away!

Paul: Thanks for the terrific photos. It is good to have you back.

You even brought dminer out of the woodwork. Good to see you too David.

Melissa, great song! Made me wanna book a flight immediately to get to a tropical island again. The combination of your 360/12 and Billy's steel drum parts is something very fresh to my ears. Is that room really a sauna room?

Yes Peter, thanks for a fantastic place for us to hang out. David's re-surface was truly a pleasant surprise and a bonus for my coming back.

Take your time, David and Sérgio, but do write!

Thanks, Paul.... No, it's not really a sauna room, it is my "music corner" of the family room in our northwoods home, which is paneled throughout in knotted white pine, for a rustic but cozy cabin sort of feel. Billy D is actually coming over tomorrow and we are going to work on doing some "real" recordings of our collaborations. :D

Hey Jared, nice to "see" you again!
Hope everything has been going nicely with you. I'm patiently waiting for the day that you reveal yourself.

Thanks for the kind words, Woody. :D
Yep, Bali is indeed a lovely island with friendly people. It was my 5th time there and there'll be more.
